I started in data science, fell in love with product, and found my sweet spot somewhere between business problems, machine learning systems, and the people who actually have to use them.

My work focuses on building practical AI systems that improves decisions,reduce manual effort and make complex workflows easier to manage. I've worked on fraud detection, risk analysis and compliance workflows. I'm always thinking about how AI can create real business impact while still being intuitive for the people using it.

I like asking the right product questions: Who is this for? What decision does it improve? What happens when the model is wrong? And how do we make the workflow simpler instead of just more automated?
